If you change your mind about your purchase please let us know via email.
We request that the items should be returned to us, unused and within the original packaging within 14 days of purchase and we will offer you an exchange, credit or a full refund. This does not affect your usual consumer rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
We recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you.
If your items arrive damaged or broken, please email us with photo evidence of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number, within 48hrs. We will correct the mistake right away and re-send you the appropriate product within 1-2 days at our expense.
We are unable to accept returns on oil, simply because we can not verify they have not been opened and used. However, if your product is damaged or you have received an incorrect item please follow the damaged items instructions.
Workshops bookings cancelled with under 48 hours notice are none be refundable. Our Projects will try and reschedule of your booking, however priority for future slot is given to new customers.
Workshops cancelled before 48 hours will be issued a full refund.
Workshops that were bought and not attended can not be exchanged for alternative goods or gift cards.
